Consumer Credit Management Services offers FREE financial literacy classes upon request. Classes have been presented to local church groups, schools, community service groups and government agencies.
Consumer Credit Management Services serves all consumers who seek service.
- Regardless of their ability to pay.
- Regardless of who they owe or how much they owe Consumer Credit Management Services provides face to face counseling with a Certified Counselor.
- Counselor will review the Consumers financial position including total assets and  liabilities as well as monthly income and expenses.
- Counselor will review the root cause of debts.
- Counselor and Consumer will consider all possible alternatives including liquidating or leveraging assets.
- Counselors do not receive compensation tied to the out-come of the counseling session.
- Counselors will provide Debt Management Plans only to those consumers who truly need them as a last resort before bankruptcy.
- Consumers are advised to avoid incurring additional debt while they are working out of their current situation.
- Consumers who enroll in the Debt Management Program are asked for a voluntary setup fee and monthly maintenance fee. These fees are used to help support the Community Education provided at no charge. Consumer Credit Management Services maintains a working  relationship with other community services and refers consumers as may be appropriate  to address the root cause of their financial distress.
